I am now caught up on my schoolwork.

I have accomplished this feat by plowing through hundreds of pages of reading, listening to lectures on tape, and doing gobs of assignments. Combine that with my miserable performance on last Friday's exam and the fact that two of my assignments are now so late that they cannot be turned in for any amount of credit and , and I'm all caught up!

So I have lost roughly half a letter grade in three out of my five classes. That's OK. Going to my grandmother's funeral was far more important than keeping a high GPA. And now that I'm caught up, I feel like a have a fresh start. No more scrambling. No more calculating how to cram in more work hours on papers that are overdue. No more wondering if I missed something important. I can now soldier on, free to do my normal courseload without the extra baggage of doubt and overdue work.

If I continue at the pace I was going last week, I can pull pretty far ahead. Sounds like a plan. ;)
